The commitment of the Armed Forces Laboratories for Medical Research and Blood Bank (AFLMR) to the requirements of standard specifications is achieved through the following: -

• Achieving the requirements and satisfaction of its customers, exceeding their expectations, and providing all kinds of facilities to customers.
• Defining and implementing the quality policy and objectives and reviewing them periodically to ensure their continued suitability.
• Comply with legal and legislative requirements, quality and labor laws, and other local and international requirements.
• Continuous improvement by keeping pace with the latest international systems in the field of management to achieve the highest rates by providing all the human and material capabilities available for this and by optimizing the use of human, material and infrastructure resources.
•  Raising the level of skills of employees by training to perform their tasks, as well as training on quality issues and spreading awareness of quality systems, policies and objectives.
• Creating a healthy work environment and adopting an effective approach towards health/security/protection for all those present in the laboratories inside and outside of the environmental aspects of the technical and administrative operations and activities.
• Optimum utilization of natural resources and treatment of all kinds of waste, which may negatively affect individuals, all workers, customers, suppliers and visitors.
• This policy is announced and known to all employees and is available to all concerned parties and is reviewed periodically to ensure its continued suitability and relevance.
• The management and employees are committed to implementing quality management systems and verifying their effectiveness while working on continuous improvement and providing all the material and human capabilities available for that.
